m17 R2, keyboard not turning on when typing
Hello, I have an Alienware m17 R2 and today I noticed that my keyboard lights are off. They usually turn on when I type but remained off. I went into the control panel and made them turn on but now they stay on. Is there anyway I can get my keyboard lights to turn on when I’m typing and turn off when it’s idle?

Hi @JoselinB welcome to this user to user discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.
Support for Alienware m17 R2 Drivers & Downloads includes Alienware Command Center Application (AWCC) version 5.3.2.0. My Alienware laptop is also in the AWCC v5.3.2.0 group, but does not have this AlienFX 2.0 option. Please open your AWCC FX tab's keyboard option to enable this option. Unfortunately this user is unable to be more specific, other than to say it must be there on your m17 R2.
If you find how to enable this keyboard AlienFX option, please share image in your post so that other users know how to enable this feature. Thank you.
