m17 R2, macro keystrokes not recording, only shortcut, text macro working

Hi All,

After so much struggle and being Stuck on the white screen, I managed to install the command center 5.3.2 and its components, including AlienFX and CC Controls from MS Store (Sound Control still crashes the AWCC and ending up getting stuck on the white screen). When I went inside, I realized I have the macros option but could not set up my macros, but I can use the existing one predefined with the application. Out of the 4 Macros option, I can only use the "Shortcut & Text Macro" and all other are greyed out. For the "Keystrokes Record Macro" when I typed on the Keyboard nothing shows up on the recorded keystrokes panel. I reinstalled the AWCC about 15 to 20 times now with proper instructions including cleaning the Appdata and registry. Also tried reinstalling the OS but nothing works. I saw many previous posts regarding this issue but there was no response from the Alienware site. FYI I could not set up macros for both Keyboard and Mouse. I have an Alienware mouse AW310M and a default Laptop keyboard.
