m17 R2, won’t boot after restarting it due to a video error

Hello, sorry if this is not the right board for this but earlier today I was playing Minecraft with some friends on my Alienware laptop. Suddenly, the screen blacked out and when it came back the whole screen was white. I then force closed Minecraft with task manager and restarted my laptop. Whenever I try to turn my laptop back on, the Alienware logo on the keyboard goes from a blue color to red and then I hear a series of loud beeps. I’ve tried some solutions but none of them work. Can anyone help me?

How many beeps do you hear in sequence? This chart will help pinpoint the cause.

Hi @male_  welcome to this user to user discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.

Support for Alienware m17 R2 System diagnostic light codes does not include diagnostic beeps. Understanding Beep Codes on a Dell Notebook PC | Dell US

Please run the Run the LCD Built-in Self-Test which could say that video driver has been corrupted. Deleting video driver from Device Manager, then Restart (not Shut Down) will make Windows 10 install new video drivers for your m17 R2.
