m17 R3, AWCC, install file

AWCC (Alienware Command Center) started to just hang when I tried to open it. So I uninstalled it with the instructions provided by Dell. I can't find the AWCC in the list of downloads available. Does anyone know where I can download it?

Re: M17 R3 Alienware Command Center install file

I've found it on the Microsoft Store. However i'm still having the same problem as I had before I reinstalled it.

It just stays on this screen spinning as per the screenshot below. It's been going for hours.

Re: M17 R3 Alienware Command Center install file

I have the same problem w/ my M15.  My AFX hasn't been working since FEB.  Just recently installed the newest update and it's doing the same thing yours is with that loading circle.  I thought it was going to work because I was able to see the FX tab in the background which hasn't been there since Feb, but nope, still not working.
