Have a look at this web page. It could be the RAM but also could be a CPU problem, though CPU issues are rare. Start with running diagnostics (F12 immediately at boot). I would also suggest downloading and running Memtest 86. That can be downloaded here. And if you have even one error with Memtest86 then that is a fail for the RAM.
Hi @AngryIn88011 Blue Screen Stop: 0x000000CA – Plug and play detected an error, is usually caused by a faulty driver.
Please visit Device Manager to see if any drivers have a yellow triangle. Delete these drivers, Restart (not Shut Down) and Windows 10 will automatically install new drivers for you.
Please run the on-board Reliability Monitor to reveal timeline of events. Blue screen should be a critical event. If you have date/time of blue screen, open this date/time critical event. Look for the root cause. It could be a faulty driver, a driver conflict with another driver, driver function disabled by an application, external device does not have a driver, etc.
Purchase from Dell Outlet includes Dell Warranty, please visit Dell Product Support from within your Dell account, request they raise a fault ticket so that Dell knows that there is a problem to fix.
