@Xanthalan  Haven't seen this issue on this particular system, but if you haven't already, I'd suggest updating the BIOS and the firmware of the SSDs if possible.

Same here today with 2019 m17R2 - out of nowhere Port 1 Error - Raid 0 dead - Total Loss of Service...

I cannot boot

I cannot reinstall cause no drive

i cannot get help via SupportAssist OS Recovery cause no "drive"

i do not have the Windows "Key" so i cannot uninstall the raid and clear the drives.... very disappointed after 9 Months.

Maybe it is my first and last alienware item - very expensive and so far a total desaster

@Kletsch  You don't need a Windows key to reinstall Windows anymore.  Just reinstall the same edition your system came with (Home or Pro) and Windows when it tries to activate will see that your system has a digital license for Windows 10 that Dell would have registered with Microsoft during manufacturing.  If you provide the Intel RST driver during Windows Setup, you could even install onto a RAID 0 virtual disk if you want to use it and can get two drives working again.  Otherwise if you want to install onto a single disk and don't plan to use RAID, then you can switch your system to AHCI mode and won't have to worry about providing a RAID driver during installation.

You'll also want to run a full diagnostic on both drives in the array.  If either has failed, the array fails - that's the downside to RAID 0.

And if one drive has failed and you plan to construct a new RAID 0 array, replace both of them - they were probably made not far apart on the manufacturing line, and if one's gone - the other may follow in short order.

Run a diagnostic using the ePSA on your laptop by clicking F12 button until you get multiple options and click the one that says ePSA Diagnostics.
