m17 R3, product quality

Question

Hi fellows, So I have bought an Alienware m17 R3 in late June 2020. When I received it, it turned out the WINDOWS key was a bit abnormal (makes clunky sound when clicking). So I went for a unit replacement. However, when I received the replacement unit on last Wednesday, I found the touchpad/trackpad was floppy/loose that sunk a little bit whenever took a light weight. Since then, I have not activate the replacement unit yet. I am keen on any solution. Cheers, Chris

I’d try and see if you can re attach it and screw it back into place to see if it works.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I think a video might clarify the problem a bit clearer.
