m17 R3, safe temperatures?

Question

What temperature can the Alienware m17 R3 CPU and GPU safely run at with the core i7 10750H and RTX 2070 super? Can I run games at 90-100°celsius everyday for like 2-7 hours or will it damage the CPU? And if it will damage the CPU, about how long will the lifespan of the CPU be if I run it at these temperatures daily for a couple of hours like 2-7 hours daily? And same question about the GPU.

I’d say 90-100c isn’t bad for the cpu and GPU inside of your system but if you’d like to keep some extra life in your laptop I’d set the fans to full speed mode and then dust out the fans.

Dude like no joke, my 15 was hitting 105c for 7 years and it still overclocks to 4.1Ghz.
