Touchpad sensitivity is included in the Windows, Control Panel, Mouse Properties' Pointer Options, or Synaptics, or Dell Touchpad tab. Change the Glide setting to slower or faster to change touchpad sensitivity.

I think I fixed it with the keyboard driver. I haven't noticed it since installing. I will keep you up to date.

I am still having an issue with my touchpad dragging without me wanting it too select or drag items.
