m17 R3, two, graphics and audio issues

I have two new Alienware m17 R3 laptops.

One of them has an issue with RTX 2080 Super in device manager. Graphics card doesn't work at all. Together with that in device manager it shows USB Compliant Host Controller issue. The thing is that after reinstalling all possible drivers (and in particular this one "Serial IO driver" ) for a short period of time it managed to fix the issue and graphics card was working perfect. But after few restarts it went back to problematic. Is it definitely a hardware issue or still something can be done/checked/reinstalled?

The second Alienware with similar but lower spec has and audio issue. Doesn't want to install audio drivers. Doesn't see internal speakers and doesn't detect headphones at all. Tried reinstalling and updating all drivers.

Both have fresh Windows 10 Pro installed.

Any help would be really appreciated.
