m17 R4, AWCC issues
On my m17 R4, i7-10870h and 3070, I noticed that if I close AWCC and try to reopen it then it will say "no alienware fx devices detected" or something like that and it will not detect or allow fan or rgb controls until the laptop is restarted.
Also when the computer boots, the rainbow wave on the keyboard goes from left to right, but if you try to select the wave from the lighting options it will cycle from right to left, is there anyway to just make it stay left to right like on boot?

Using Revo uninstaller and a quick BIOS update from a DELL-Cares agent seems to have fixed it. It's working with no issues now.

Hi @RPT943 the "no AlienFX devices detected" message usually means that a part(s) on the motherboard has failed. You are lucky that "no AlienFX devices detected" message is not permanent. This is a very well known fault. You should raise a Service Request to get Dell to investigate under Dell warranty. Dell should replace your motherboard before this manufacturing fault becomes permanent.
