m17 R4, AWCC not functioning
Alienware m17 R4
I just noticed that the AWCC is no longer functioning. It's crashing to the desktop after about 30 seconds of a blank screen. When it does come up, it freezes whenever I try to change a setting. I tried uninstalling and installing the most recent version, but it made no difference. I'm running an Alienware m17 R4 with Windows 11. Everything is up to date.

Same issue on Area-51 R5 . . . I uninstalled the updated version and went back to a July 2022 release and that is working for me.

Me 2. I have an R11 kf model 10 core w/3090 and 3200mhz RAM. Just as above, bad launch,feezeing during settings etc. It has gotten Better since I did the ToTal Install Pkg this A.M. in repair mode. I cannot swear but I think support assist installed last version on top of my install, which should have been same version. Even so, After AWCC crashed with blank screen the machine told me to install support assist..so I launched support assist to make sure it was recognized. But AWCC did not launch succesfully until I manually ran the ToTal pckg. n I witness as well that the GeFirce auto Tune for the graphics module has started disallowing any settings therein. something is blocking any system access I fear they are working together to disavow my continued faith in AW softwares.
