m17 R4, RGB lighting starting to have some issues

I been having this issue for 2 days and today My full range on my Alienware m17 R4 laptop RGB is acting weird. My number lock key goes DIM pink when activated then back to normal color. I have if its off and the bright white light in the corner of the key doesn't even light up. Now my + key in the number pad is off and wont come on. Tampering with AWCC the back space had a moment where it bleed pink and blue and enter key went off and some how went back on. I don't know what's going on? It was working fine 3 days ago any advice or help on what's going on would help.

When click light up individual key, if I click on enter right light on backspace key lights up. When I click back space key then it fully lights up. When I click on the + key on the number pad, number 9 lights up.

The enter key only lights up when I set it to: static default blue , spectrum, breathing but not color, rainbow wave, knight rider.
