Your online visit to Warranty & Contracts should show your private order details that you are not allowed to share in these public forums. Receipt of your order should be declared in your online Dell account, if it says order has not been delivered, there will be no invoice or private information about your Alienware m17 R4 laptop. The external Dell Australia website is slow to show your private service tag number.  Just keep checking it. I checked the internal tools and see the purchased warranties =

1 year Mail in Pre-Paid Freight Service
3 year Premium Support and Onsite Service
3 year Accidental Damage Protection
