m17 R4, battery always shown as 99 percent
As title, and it would always be 99% even I always plug it into power.

It could be due to the battery health being low. Run the ePSA diagnostic by pressing F12 during post to enter the boot menu. Check what your battery health is.
There is no such model as m17 R4. You must have the m17 R3.
