m17 R4, overheating, crashing, blue errors, nothing but issues

8 months ago I purchased this $2,000+ laptop. It has been extremely underwhelming and underperforming. I have not gotten what I paid for or was sold by Dell. Alienware used to mean something and this laptop is tainted. Is there a way to return this laptop outside of the 30-day window?

The laptop crashes multiple times a day. I believe the GPU/CPU gets too hot and cannot operate. Blue screens and screen freezing should not be an issue on this laptop! I don't even use the overclock feature which would definitely wreck this thing. How can the fans be so profoundly loud yet I'm having issues like this? On top of this, the only game I really play is LoL. I turn the laptop off regularly and it stays plugged in (due to it being unusable without a power supply).

Contacting Customer Service via telephone and I'm told to "call back" by a real person because no technicians are available.

Dell-Cares troubleshooting =

* Download and install BlueScreenView, then run it. This program should be able to tell us which Blue Screen errors the computer has had if Windows has saved the logs on the computer.
* If it does detect the errors, please take a screenshot of the information and share it with us through a cloud service.

* Try to perform a Clean Boot and test the computer. Go into selective start up, go to the Services tab, click on the box next to "Hide all Microsoft services". Then select Disable all. All services will be disabled. Then on the services list, look for SupportAssist and enable it. Proceed to click on OK and Restart to apply the changes. Once again most of your services will be disabled once you are back in Windows.

* Open SupportAssist > Troubleshooting > I want to troubleshoot my PC > My PC stopped responding unexpectedly (I think it was a Blue Screen Error) and click on Fix now. Let it run and see if the computer crashes again or not.

* To undo the changes, go back to the msconfig window and reverse the changes made and restart.
