m17 R5, sound problem at long playing session

Hello, recently audio problem started in my pc. When I play long session like more than 2-3 hours this audio, crackling problem starts. When I close the game everything came back to normal. I tried another game like 15 minutes it was ok. Ii don't know, should I be concerned about this? I share the video with link that you can hear the weird sound. My laptop is 4 months old. CPU was around 80 degrees which I think its normal. Thank you for reading.
