msvcp140.dll & vcruntime140.dll missing

I have a fairly new Alienware 17 R4 laptop and tried installing Adobe Photoshop on it and am. getting an error message that msvcp140.dll & vcruntime140.dll are missing. Can you help? It is a 64 bit operating system.

Try downloading and installing the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages from this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++

  1. type System Information and open  result.
  2. Look the value System Type.

Find-out-your-OS-type-32-or-64-bit-1024x576

Download Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 from Microsoft

now install

Reinstall-Microsoft-visual-c-2015-redistributable-1024x576

if wont help pls read other methods fix VCRUNTIME140.DLL
