x14 R1, keyboard issue
Got the Alienware x14 R1 laptop with damaged keyboard. Few keys are not working. Keys like F11, Enter, Rshift, equals, hyphen is not working. Bad experience and very disappointed. Will return and get the other brands.

Within the first 30 days there is Reject option. Dell Refund policy, New vs Refurbished - Dell Community. You must wait for Dell to collect the Alienware x14 laptop.
