x15 R1, AWCC crashing while playing game Control on Game Pass
On new laptop Alienware x15 R1 15.6" 360Hz FHD Gaming Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 - 512GB , the played at first few minutes then crashed, could not close the game with various methods after crash including task manager and have to reboot. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, updated the Game Pass app and still have same issue? All other games work fine and Control game runs on my other laptop with a 3050 TI. After all that I went back and look at my logs which shows Alienware Command Center crashing, I uninstalled and reinstalled and this seem to fix the issue but later while playing game crashed after I died and logs show AWCC.exe crashing again?

Hi @GM619 welcome to this user to user discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.
This is usually a bad install of Dell's Alienware Command Center (AWCC), and the fix is to make sure it installs correctly. The old AWCC must be fully removed before the new AWCC is installed. Please use Revo Uninstaller Free to remove AWCC (and OC Controls) and then Advanced Scan to remove all the multiple files, folders, and/or Registry entries left on your system. Then Restart (not Shut Down).
Support for Alienware x15 R1 Drivers & Downloads provides AWCC version 5.3.2.0.<ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell> To ensure the integrity of your download file, please verify its checksum value.
When Windows reappears, install AWCC, as if for the first time, right click on installer file to Run as administrator. Then Restart (not Shut Down).
When Windows reappears, run AWCC and it should get OC Controls and AlienFX 2.0. Then Restart (not Shut Down).
When Windows reappears, run AWCC and check that AWCC Home, Library, FX and Fusion tabs all work.

Also tried to play Alien Isolation so effecting other games as well. Here are the two only error reports during the crash.
