x15 R1, multiple issues

Is anyone else having same bad luck I am with their new Alienware X15 R1 Laptop? I recieved it in January as a brand new PC.

- Right off the bat my spacebar was sticking. Dell sent out 3rd party to replace the Keyboard. In doing so the tech broke the wifi chip and had to be ordered and replaced.

- During one of the installs the disconnected or broke a connection to the FX lighting for the Alienware logo on the keyboard, Alienware Logo on the back of screen, and the Tron bar. None of these would light up

- Also there was something pinching inside the monitor is it was not closing all the way

- Another service call for the screen to be replaced. Which was going good till now

- Now the screen shows a small visible blue dot when the screen is black or very dark

- Ran the hardware test and now it's saying to replace the webcam since it's showing faults.

At this rate this Laptop should be replaced in less thant a 5 month period is crazy.

Yep, iv had multiple issues with this laptop. It is fundamentally broken. The first laptop i had, had to be replaced it crapped out on me after having an artifacting issue. they sent a 2nd one and i was having the same issues with artifacting, stuttering issues, sound problems and the keyboard had to be replaced. The 3rd time they replaced the motherboard and on first boot i'm greeted with a blue screen of death. tried to make a restore point with no success. so i reinstalled windows. I loaded up some games and what do you know bad stuttering issues
