I apologize for the delay in answering medical issues. The machine would go right to the recovery screen it was doing that before it even would post the keyboard so that made it where you couldnt even type a response even if you had the key. Fortunately I had a Microsoft Wireless Keyboard that would work because it posts the Wireless drivers first. I had never enabled the bitlocker before. Fortunately I was able to to get into the OEM diagnostics and reset the drive back to the defaults with Support Assist. Thankfully there was nothing on the drive that I couldnt live without

Have you enabled BitLocker in the past, and do you have a Microsoft Account with copy of recovery key stored online? Finding your BitLocker recovery key in Windows (microsoft.com)
