x15 R2, keyboard not responding nor lighting up
Anyone else have this issue? Twice randomly now I've had it over the past month. Barely use the laptop too, not abused and not running hot either. Touchpad and everything else seems fine, but nothing from the keyboard again.
I even just initiated the full Windows restore and still not working. I have to plug in an old USB keyboard into the back of the laptop for the time being. Any tips or similar experiences to resolve are appreciated! Thanks!

Thanks. Sounds similar. Except my keyboard is unresponsive even at boot up (can't get into bios or try that FN+F1 trick from the laptop keyboard.
I've also done the full reset and run all the driver updates. No luck. May need to carve out some time to reach out to Dell tech support.

Just to follow up, no luck with online solutions or after a call with Dell tech support. They are setting up a repair ticket for me to send the laptop in.
