x17 R1, built-in left speaker issues

same issue here. have you been able to do something about it? Frustrating to recieve it like this and doubly so since I actually use the speakers. Are you still having that issue? I just got mine and the technician has not come yet. I´m on the fence about sending it back or getting it repaired. After reading your comment now it´s really worrying me. Did you test the speaker after the repair and before the technician left? What else should be looked at to get this fixed?

Hi, mine has been replaced the speakers twice just resolve the issue, it seems is product quality problem

I think if you just receive the laptop within a month, you should have the right to request 1 to 1 exchange

I put some cotton in a hole in the left speaker and it was resolved. It should be that a certain part of the machine resonates with a certain frequency of the sound.

honestly after the speaker replacement, actually the issue hasn't been resolved, is just not so serious

Curious the design without screw, the speaker might vibrate when having signal

I have the same issue, brand new x17 r1 just started to have that crackling sound on the left speaker. Any fixes or should I take it to the repair shop?
