x17 R1, not working Crucial Ballistix XMP profile
Good afternoon. Memory is not working Crucial Ballistix SODIMM 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3200 Gaming Memory (Black) BL2K16G32C16S4B. BSOD everytime. in ACC you can choose a voltage of either 1.2 or 1.35. At 1.2V, the frequency is 3200 or 2666 mhz, at a voltage of 1.35, the frequency can be selected 3200 or 3466 mhz. BIOS unlock profile XMP1.
Does not work in any mode. Help.

Hi @Alexey454 Crucial database Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | alienware | alienware notebooks | Alienware x17 R1 | Crucial.com does not include BL2K16G32C16S4B. Please get in touch with Crucial who will accept returns and provide Memory RAM that will work.

Have you already tried reinstalling the AW command center to see if thats the actual issue?

Hi @Alexey454 !
Check this out for anything you might've missed in your RAM specifications.
Also 3200Mhz should work without XMP and a voltage adjustment.
