x17 R1, stuck, 2 Red, 7 Blue power light

Question

X17: 2 Red & 7 Blue blinks blinking power light. Will not boot. Continuous rainbow KB & black screen.

Just arrived and completed ALL driver updates. As well, Microsoft's updates.

Windows 11 upgrade went perfect.

Finally got into my email. EVERYTHING was bliss.
Decided to open "Command Center". Looked around, didn't change anything.....BLACK SCREEN.

Now, it's just stuck at boot-up... with 2 Red & 7 Blue blinks on power light. Continuous rainbow keyboard & black screen.

There "Is no chat available for this product."

The 1-866-362-5350 Tech Support number is "Out-of-Service."

Any assistance...is there an Alienware Tech Support phone #?

Thanx Mattyb3, the phone line started working today.

Tech Support said 7 Blue / 2 Red is video hardware failure. 3060 model.

It's a DOA. Dell is picking this one up and giving me another. It's all good.

Looks like you possibly have a display issue or failure.

I know this already Matey....1-866-362-5350 I called the number...it's "Out of Service".

It's a BLACK screen. Of course it's a video issue.

Why is it stuck in boot-up?

Dell sent my x17, 9 days ahead of time. Love Dell, the only company that will come to your doorstep to repair your system....or just drop another on your lap. My first Dell 1998. I bought 70 for my boss. Low cost/no worries.
