Atmos and Networker Integration for Long Term Data Retention
Hi guys,
Just wanted to know if anyone knows of a config guide or best practices to integrate Atmos with Networker, mainly for long term retention.
Thanks in advance,
Ronald

Hi Ronald,
I never configure it, but these screenshots attached could help you.
I don't attach the full doc why is very big.
Regards.

Hi Luis,
I have a problem and cannot configure the Atmos COS device in Networker.
I get all the time "Failed to Verify Credentials: Forbidden"
Can you help?
I am using:
e04044ebeead4b7494ece824f7e2286c/subteant-uid as remote user (which is the tenant ID, a shlash and a subtenant UID)
Password is the one generated (shared secret from the Atmos GUI)
Thanks,
Ronald

The token ID is actually / , not tenant ID. You can check that by logging in as tenant admin for the subtenant in question.

The root cause of this issue turned out to be an NTP misconfiguration on the Atmos.
Once NTP was fixed on the Atmos, we could verify credentials from Networker OK.
