Hyper-v 2012 CSV running without primary proxy

We are run Avamar 7.1 and start to install the client on our 2012 Hyper-v cluster we would like to run it with each node backing itself up (we have 10 node)  however we keep getting to the point where we have a primary proxy and a number of secondary proxies. The secondary proxies do not show any VM's and the primary proxy all the VMs.We would like to have it configured that each node show and therefore can backup it's know VMs. We have tried to remove the primary proxy but it will not go.
