Obtain enclosure BMC IP from blade BMC

Is there any way to perform the task stated in the subject?

I'd like to create inventory report. We have a virtual infrastructure comprised of Dell M1000e systems with ESXi blades.

CIM is available through ESXi so I can get the blade iDRAC IP. How can I get further and determine the blade-enclosure relation?

PowerShell way is preferred but I would appreciate any idea to fetch the desired info.
