the Dell Blade server power requirements
the New Dell Bade chassis just arrived. required 208V with the special power plug, my APC Smart UPS rack mount 3000 xl only provide 110. What can I do?

As you've stated, the Dell Blade chassis PSUs require 200+V. You will need a UPS that provides 200+V output to your PDUs. Your PDUs will have IEC C19 receptacles and will be connected to your PSUs' IEC C20 Receptacles. Your datacenter's input power will determine the class of PDU that you need to use in terms of Amps and phase as well as how many PSUs that you should connect into each PDU.
