What model do you have?

Are you a partner or a end customer?

I have the same question.  The service taskbar won't let me go from 29 to 30.  Searching here and powerlink left me feeling empty.  I'm an EMC employee and this is in a lab.

You may need to use the USM(unisphere service manager) to do the upgrade.

You might as well replace the old NST with the new USM anyway since as far as i can see, it is backward compitable.

Well the old service taskbar told me it couldn't update to 29.  Seems it would only let me do an in family update.

There are some issues using USM if your not already on flare 30. It works but you'll get some hangups and the the final process continues to run even though the process is done.

FYI, best practice right now is to upgrade to Flare 29, patch 14 first, then to the latest version of Flare 30.  There were some issues, largely resolved now, with upgrades from earlier Flare releases to Flare 30

As a EMC employee, im not sure.

As a partner, i go to  EMC Service Partner Web>Software>Unisphere> and it is at the bottom.

Seems I've found it on PowerLink.  Thanks.
