HBA is not getting discovered in the ECC.
One of our LINUX host's HBA is not getting discovered by the ECC v6.0.
We have installed the Master agent and host agent in the LINUX host, here are the host & HBA informations.
Kindly help me to solve this issue.

I have found a solution my self.
RESOLUTION
Download the SANSURFER utility from the 'QLOGIC' (HBA card vendor) website and install it on the LINUX client.
Restart the following service.
- ECC Master agent.
- Navishphere host agent.
- SANSurfer.
Job done.
