How can I download NaviCli for CX4-480 running Navisphere Manager 6.28

We need to download and install NaviCli for CX4-480 that runs Navisphere Manger 6.28.

Could anyone help providing the path or location to download please?

If you cannot access the location below in Powerlink, send an email to powerlink@emc.com requesting access.

Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads J-O > Navisphere Server Software

There are a couple of different email addresses used for getting help with our eServices features.

Use Powerlink@emc.com for any general login problems, issues with your basic account profile.

Use Support@emc.com for any issues with the online support features under the Support menus: service request management, Live Chat, any of the tools or utilities in this area.

Use ESDS@emc.com for any software downloads access issues in the main Powerlink site: downloads not linked to your account, for example.


Use Licensing@emc.com for any issues related to keys or enabler codes for products that use the Powerlink Licensing application.

There are two common reasons why an account may not have access to a software download.

1) The appropriate site or sites are not linked to your account.  Navigate to Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Register Your Software Sites.  If you encounter any problems or have any questions, contact ESDS@emc.com.

2) Your maintenance contract is not active.  Contact your account representative if you think this may be the cause.
