Hi foundation,
Please have a look at knowledge base solution emc222703 which can be found on powerlink by navigating to Search Support and choosing Solutions from the drop down. As outlined by primus emc222703 this error can be safely ignored. If the array in question is not a cx4-120 or cx4-240 as the solution outlines I recommend opening a ticket with support for further investigation.
Thanks,
Kristi

If you're not lpanning to upgrade to Flare 30 yet, simply disable this particular warning.

Hi:
I'm 10 years late to join this forum Recently I changed job and at my new workplace there's a CX4-120. I received this error message all so often, but it's nice to know that this is a benign message.
I'm wondering, where can I search for the EMC related KB? I searched through the current Dell /EMC support documentation site but most of the docs are not useful. Anyone can help to point me to the right forum? Thanks.
regards,
Bong SF
