Celerra Disk fault status

Hello Everyone

I had a double disk failure on R5 on Celerra. We have disks replaced but one of them doesn't show up properly and status remains as 'Misplaced'. On disk both amber and green LED stay ON and we tried reseating disk and replacing the new drive with another drive working with CE but it doesn't get recognized.

Has anyone come across this issue or any thoughts on what we can do
