Centera clip list off of a CUA

The CUA clip list can be obtained by special commands that Centera/CUA Support or a Field Support Specialist from EMC can issue on the CUA.  Once the clip list is obtained, it is normally copied to a service directory on the Centera cluster for further analysis if needed.  If you are an EMC customer, this procedure is not available as it requires service/support level login credentials in order to run the commands needed.  If you need a copy of a CUA clip list at any time or would like access to a copy that has been saved off by support for analysis, you can call EMC Support at 800-SVC-4EMC and make the request through that channel.  I'm sorry that I couldn't be much more help but as I stated above, the procedures are restricted due to the credentials needed in order to obtain CUA clip lists.
