Ldap authentication for single user is not working in Cisco Mds 97XX series

I am facing access issues only on the switches where LDAP is configured . However i am able to access the switches with the same username and password on Tacacs configured cisco MDS switches. Could someone help me to resolve this issue. I have already checked with the AD team and they confirmed that they see the user name is part of the DL and its having proper privileges. Thanks in advance
