EHC 2.5 or 3.0 VMWare Config Manager
Customer asked me if EMC/VMWare can upgrade all in guest VM tools agents (windows, lunix..etc). But looks like we need VMWare Cnfg Mgr to do this type of function. I know Config Mgr is part of VC Ops {which is part of Enterprise +) Is Cnfg Mgr part of the EHC 2.5 x 3.0 role out? Or is it a addon? If it is a add-on then how much will EMC charge to install it?

Hey mpatterson3,
vCenter Configuration Manager (now called vRealize Configuration Manager) is not part of the official FEHC reference architecture so it is not included in what customers get "out of the box" when we deliver FEHC.
In terms of "how much will EMC charge to install it" that is a tougher question to answer without more detailed requirements around what the customer is actually looking to do. It goes beyond simply installing the software and would likely require us to deliver services around the configuration and testing of what they want the product to do.
