Question

I'm looking for the same thing. I called about my warranty (The Premium Support Plus, which was explained to me as covering 'anything and everything'), because the battery got swollen and I was then told that it actually didn't cover what I paid for. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then *click*. I can't believe I spent over $1000 on warranty only to get absolutely nothing for it. Lesson learned, I suppose...
