APO Shipping wrong tracking code provided

Question

As of right now my order to my APO address has been shipped for a month and has not arrived. Talked with customer service about me being provided the wrong shipping number multiple times which they agree its really incorrect and that they would get with their logistics department to get the correct one but as of now they havent replied back and now if I talk with support all they give me is that 'because its an APO order scans might now show it and it will take 6-8 weeks to deliver'. talked with USPS about it but they said thats incorrect because the package at least show at least show up in the system. Im at a lost at this point. Will wait two more weeks or im cancelling the order unless they provide me with the correct tracking code. Anyone has any insight into this?
