Hello, I wanted to know what is the return policy on an Alienware 17 R5? I am about to return the machine for faulty. Purchased from Dell itself. And I pay the price of the laptop + vat tax + shipping to my country. Kindly confirm that I have the right to take all this charge + compensation for 8 month faulty machine that they try to solve it without hope.
<Dell only allows return/refunds if you are still inside the first 30 days from the Dell invoice date. There is no "compensation" given.>
