Alienware Aurora R13 - Delayed :(

Looking at the HP Omen and Dell Alienware R13 Desktop machines and decided to SPLURGE and go with Dell.  Was happy to see that when placing an order online it showed that it would ship in 5 Business Days...  ( Well !!! ) 

Missed the 1st committed Shipping and Delivery dates as system is still in production ( suspecting missing parts ) dell is keeping silent and will not answer direct questions.. Keep getting " Your unit is in production and as soon as it is complete it will be shipped out for delivery" , " We have put in an expedite request"..   (That doesn't really give me any inspiration )..

Contemplating cancelling and picking up the Omen
