Assassin creed Valhalla Bundle code does not work
I bought an AMD Alienware PC, and got a digital locker with the code listed
However, when I clicked the get key button, the code given is not actually a code for any of them. It's supposed to be a 25 digit code It's not a code or a link or anything Starts off something like this 2345453###fGdbv35+dg4TWD/iL3DFQ9isWv5H78
Part of the code or all of it does not work. I tried to register it and wont work. please provide me with the right code.

AMD Ryzen Game Bundle Terms and Conditions – Assassin's Creed Valhalla offer with a qualifying system

This Aurora R10 was ordered on August 22, 2020 and shipped from Dell on August 28, 2020. Based on the order date, a DELL-Cares agent setup a refund of $59.99.

After all said and done there is nothing that can be done per the customer service rep. I attempted to try to register all week before the 7th and now was told that was the cut off time. When i bought my PC I was told the game was not out and that all I needed to do was register it when it release. Your digital locker never game me the right code and now after talking with AMD was told that the code that was provided to me on the 9th is now expired.
I'm pretty disappointed with this out come, when the fault lies with your system and the key you provided didn't even match any keys to register. Since buying my equipment from dell, I had issues with dealing and calling in for issues/help.
Since there is nothing you can do and I know there is nothing in my power to change this type of service. The only thing I can do as a customer is to no longer support your company. I will be paying off my balance with Dell Preferred Account. Then will be closing it out by tomorrow and will longer buy anything from Dell.
