Computer shipped with wrong Configuration

I purchased a computer weeks ago that was supposed to have windows 10 home edition. It was shipped with windows enterprise. After contacting Dell support Cht last week. They suggested I try and reinstall windows. This is after Dell support attempted to reinstall the product key on the computer via remote connection. But since it’s a windows 10 enterprise edition a product key will not work. I attempted to reset the PC but it’s still windows 10 enterprise. I did a fresh install and its still enterprise. I keep getting bounced around the customer support customer care and technical support. The customer service department is absolutely no help. The computer was shipped with the wrong configuration and they are saying its past the 30 day return date. I am highly unsatisfied. This is the 2nd computer I bought with the last 2 months. I will never purchase a dell product ever again. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Ok..Update. The last rep on the phone finally helped me out. After being very frustrated and talking to about ten different people today. Not the worst customer service after all. Thanks for the help Dell
