Dell Customer Service

Since Dell-India has SEIZED control of ALL customer facing functions inside Dell. What used to be good customer service has evaporated !

The people at Dell-India are:

* Arrogant

* Poorly trained not only on Dell's products but on software required to make these products work such as Windows.

* They either can NOT or will NOT speak English. They want the world to speak Hindi !

* Insist on demanding answers to and endless list of STUPID questions every time you talk with an agent

* They are totally incapable of thinking outside their Hindi box

* If a customer demands to talk with a native English Speaker they argue with the customer saying they are speaking English

Does anyone know how I can talk with attentive, ENGLISH speaking technical service reps WITHOUT having to be abused by Dell-India?
