I have made over 8 separate phone calls to this number.  I have spent over 9 hours on hold or on the phone with different Dell representatives.  All I NEED IS A SIMPLE POWER CORD!!!  At my last call, over one MONTH ago, I was informed that a new power companion was to be sent by Marianne V. Bulaon and was given the service request number above and told to e-mail back if I didn't receive it.  I have not!  I have been trying to get this issue resolved since August 2015.  Communicating with people at DELL is an exercise in futility.  Your automated phone maze is useless.  When I finally get to a representative, they cannot help.  I am told I will be transferred to another department and either they hang up, or I am left on eternal hold and no one ever picks up.  At this point, I am no longer going to continue attempting to get resolution for this issue.  For the time I have wasted attempting to get A POWER CORD!!!!  I could have purchased another computer.  Considering the complete lack of support, knowledge, or ability of your representatives to support their customers, I have decided that your desire is not to resolve issues but simply wait until the customer gets so frustrated, they just go away. You have achieved your objective; I am going away.  I will also recommend to everyone I know and talk to that they avoid DELL and any of its products.  Customer support and service do not exist; only an endless maze of automated messages and people who either do not speak English, or have no idea what they are doing.  Regardless of any response to this e-mail, I will NEVER knowingly purchase another Dell product.
