Dell Factory Outlet Australia Service
I was sent a device without warranty and a mismatched Support Tag from the Dell Factory Outlet. The device was sold "as new" but was activate 6 months ago according to the bios. To make this even more of a disgrace, the previous owner's data was still on the device.
For the past two days, I have been given the run around by Dell with neither the original sales person or the CSM responding to my emails and phone calls being left on hold and even hung up on.
It is end of financial year and not even knowing if this sale will be honored vs facing a long refund process had made this disaster.
I have been told several times that a representative will call me back, but that has yet to happen.
Really regretting my decision to go with Dell.

So, day number five of not being contacted by Dell, despite assurances that someone will be in touch.
No idea where my money is, when it will be refunded or if someone will be picking up this unregistered laptop, that according to Dell, I did not purchase and is not covered by any kind of warranty.

So after two weeks, I was finally contacted by a Dell representative to book a day for pick up of the XPS13. The pickup will take 5 days and a refund would be issued 10 business days after that. In total, over 5 weeks time to address being sent a faulty, mismatched laptop with the previous owners account still installed.
Aside from being sold "As New" from the Factory Outlet, I've claimed support and warranty from Lenovo, HP and Toshiba before and never had such a complete mess of an experience. Disgrace.
