Dell Ordering issues, bad support with and numerous other issues.

tried to order a new xps recently order via dell site (usa), the order was processed, then email confirmed. next day, automated order cancel.

  I call get the run around, then finally some one says it's my card due to a restriction. I call back with bank on 3-way. Obvious dell issue on their end! rep. can't redo order for some untold reason, finally after getting back to me about order being reprocessed and the result of the system not even responding to the rep, as he stated.

   Over an hour later is said, yes now cancel my order, this experience is anything like this, you can keep your merchandise. don't charge dime.

day 48 hours later still hold on my card preventing from buying elsewhere...... don't deal with dell!

I regret the overall experience. Please private message the Dell purchase ID and the registered name on the account. Let me see what best can be done here.
