Dell Rewards Pending for months
I have been having a rather frustrating experience with obtaining Dell rewards owed to me. I have over $140 in "pending" status. I have been calling Dell since the end of March, opened two cases, and have made multiple phone calls. Every time I am promised that the rewards will be available in 3-5 business days but that time period comes and goes with no resolution. I called again today and my request to speak to a supervisor was refused. I have been a loyal Dell customer my entire life and would like to remain that way, but I'm super frustrated with all this red tape. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to release the rewards?

I have the same issue. Pending for month, and submitted a few tickets, but the rewards still pending there. Dell really annoyed me.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

I also have Rewards that have been pending since October 9th. How do I get them released?

What is the solution to this ? I have the similar problem. Rewards are pending from 4 months.
