Dell Support Italy Scam?

Hi,

I live in Italy and try to get an battery replacement for my laptop, so I call the dell number I got from the official web site, and talk to the support person on Thursday.

Then things got weird, I got the confirmation that the battery was available from 

 then i received the "official offer" from  technical_support@help.dell.com, then I got the confirmation and payment instructions from  casa_rev_team_it@dell.com 

Since I got the number from the official page, and all the emails seems to belong to dell i trust them and make the transfer on friday, but today i just got and email from technical_support@help.dell.com saying thank for your answer, no order number,  tracking number for the package, anything.

Can someone please give some guidance? Have  I been scam?
